    Auto glass is covered under the comprehensive portion of your policy — not collision. Many Washington policies include a $0 or reduced glass deductible, and most insurers waive the deductible entirely for chip repair. Have your policy or insurance card handy and we can confirm what applies.

  2. Step 2: We file the claim for you

    You never have to call your insurance company or fill out forms. We verify your coverage, open the claim directly with your insurer, and handle all the paperwork — Washington law lets you choose your own glass shop, so no one can steer you elsewhere.

  3. Step 3: Insurance pays us directly

    Once the claim is approved, your insurer pays us for the job. You only pay your glass deductible (if any) at the time of service. If your deductible is higher than our cash price, we’ll show you both numbers so you can pick the cheaper route.

  4. Step 4: We come to you

    After approval, we schedule mobile service at your home or workplace. The whole process — claim to new glass — usually happens within a few days, and every install carries our lifetime workmanship warranty.
